Our Auction of promises at the Weston Pub on the 24th June raised over £3000 towards our Expert Witnesses and Representation in the
forthcoming Public Inquiry into the proposed BRT route through the centre of our community.
Many, many thanks to everybody who contributed to make this event such a huge success.
The level of support for our campaign has been quite overwhelming!
Update 10 June 2010
The CPO Public Inquiry - and the pre-inquiry meeting next Monday have been postponed pending a Department For Transport spending review in
the Autumn.
Please note that the inquiry has not been cancelled and Response2route remain fully committed to fighting the scheme.
We are ready for the inquiry whenever it happens.
